Welcome to Trinity Medical Centre
CHANGES TO OUR PRACTICE:
As you will be aware following national guidelines during the pandemic we have to screen all requests for consultations; this is usually done by telephone.
If you are asked to come to the practice for an appointment then we may communicate with you before you attend to ask some screening questions. You may be asked the same questions again at your appointment. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. This means that you will be offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
We have hand sanitiser that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice.
How you can help:
Where possible, you must attend appointments alone.
A distance of two metres must be observed.
Should you develop symptoms of Covid-19 please contact the surgery to re-arrange your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and not early as this could hinder social distancing.
When you arrive for your appointment please ring from your car to let us know you are here and what type of car you are in (01706 378476), or if on foot, please ring the doorbell on the main door and wait for reception to come to the window (next to the main door) to assist you.
When the clinician is ready is ready to see you, we will open the door for you to come in. Please do not touch anything unless asked to do so.
Face coverings should not be used by children under the age of 3 or those who may find it difficult to manage them correctly. For example, primary age children unassisted, or those with respiratory conditions.
This information is a guide to making a simple face covering. We do not endorse any particular method and other instructions are widely available online. Always take care to use equipment safely to avoid injury. Children should only follow these instructions under the supervision of adults.
